The moon has risen and gone, and Yokai roams the streets. The world of Demon Blade must be rescued. Luckily, trained Samurai warriors who are known as demonometers are ready to put an end to the monster threat, and one after the other.
In the core, the game is a dungeon-based, stories focused on stories, in which they recruit companion and fight endless hordes of fatal demons. They are equipped with reinforced armor, deadly equipment and a bad katana and booted before they move directly into the fight.
On the way, you will learn new friends and weird characters that have their own small background stories. The RPG mechanics is quite light here and some Gacha elements seem to be here.
The fight is simple and intuitive and requires you bleed your attacks to defeat your opponent in 1V1 encounters. Ascending and get new equipment expands the combat opportunities that are available to you. There are ultimate skills that are useful in an emergency, though chopping and cutting, as far as I can judge, is quite simple.
The art style is quite appealing, with many unmistakable characters and weapons designs. Demon Blade also offers some online components, including a clan system and RAID bosses that you can pick up with friends. And if you are more of the competitive guy, you can always test your skills in PVP mode.
The game was published last year for the first time for Android. The valuations of the users were so far very positive, and the combat system was highly praised. The US App Store is currently working up in the rans of role-playing.
If you feel like Samurai Hack and Slash Action, Demon Blade is now available as a free title of both AppStore and Google Play.
