During the transmission of Xbox for GamesCom 2021, 505 Games and Point Blank Games announced that they are joining to create a new role play entitled Stray Blade.
Stray Blade is an action role play that presents Metroidvania elements with intense soul combats. Fill the shoes of a rebellious adventurer accompanied by an adorable wolf, Boji, to bring peace and balance to Earth:
Embark on an unforgettable trip and discover the story of Acrea and the old legacy of it. Reveal all the story that turned the quiet valley into a place of war, death and stories that have been transmitted by the largest dynasties in the world for centuries. He uses this knowledge to destroy the relics of the past and restore peace in the valley devastated by the war.
Exploration is strongly recommended in Stray Blade, since along with your partner, explore the deepest corners of a world constantly change full of adventures. Each discovery keeps treasures. Find rare materials, recipes, weapons, history pieces and beautiful places. Environments are constantly evolving and players can see, in real time, how their actions have affected the world.
Stray Blade developers have strongly encouraged fans to join their discord to provide valuable comments as the game develops. They even promised fans who are designing collectible prizes that will not be on sale and will only be available to win during community events and other activities that are worthwhile.
Stray Blade will be launched at Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, PlayStation 5 and PC in 2022!
Gamescom 2021 began early today with the transmission of Xbox (where Stray Blade was presented), and events will be extended until Friday, August 27. The full calendar is available here, and there are many platforms to see them.
